The 'unicorn' or one-horned young bull appears on this Bhirrana seal without the 'standard device' in front of the hypertext pictograph. This surace find seal has been reported by Akinori Uesugi in 2016.

The text message of the inscription has three 'signs'. Read from r., the rebus Meluhha readings are:

khōṇḍa m A young bull, a bullcalf. rebus: kunda, 'one of कुबेर's nine treasures'

Sign 211 'Arrow'
kaṇḍa 'arrow' (Skt.) ayaskāṇḍa 'a quantity of iron, excellent iron' (Pāṇ.gaṇ) Rebus: khaṇḍa 'implements'
dhanga'mountain range' Rebus: dhangar 'blacksmith'
ranku 'liquid measure' rebus: ranku'tin' raṅga3 n. ʻ tin ʼ lex. [Cf. nāga -- 2, vaṅga -- 1]
Pk. raṁga -- n. ʻ tin ʼ; P. rã̄g f., rã̄gā m. ʻ pewter, tin ʼ (← H.); Ku. rāṅ ʻ tin, solder ʼ, gng. rã̄k; N. rāṅrāṅo ʻ tin, solder ʼ, A. B. rāṅ; Or. rāṅga ʻ tin ʼ, rāṅgā ʻ solder, spelter ʼ, Bi. Mth. rã̄gā, OAw. rāṁga; H. rã̄g f., rã̄gā m. ʻ tin, pewter ʼ; Si. ran̆ga ʻ tin ʼ.(CDIAL 10562)

thus, the inscription conveys the message of a treasure (wealth-accounting ledge) of a blacksmith working with metal implements and tin (ore) which is alloyed with copper to create tin-bronze.
