Shows Rahul Gandhi was Resident during 2005 to 2006 at Frognal Way address and was resident at SouthGate Street during 2007 to 2009...Both address were Rahul's addresses in the British company registry Backops...Rahul was MP from 2004...and how he was resident in UK...UK rules say citizen from Commonwealth Countries who are resident in UL can vote in UK...so Indian MP was Resident....very good clear documents.
