SIT is NOT an administrative body unlike the Ministry of Finance and has been submitting reports to SC, the next report is due on May 12, 2015.
The first full-blown Budget of the Swarajyam Ministry of NaMo has announced major steps to stem the Kaalaadhan rot in the country. Note that the post-colonial loot after 1947 was much larger than the pre-colonial loot. First step is to stop the further accumulation of kaalaadhan in tax havens. This has been achieved and a corruption-free Govt. of Bharat has been placed at the service of Bharatam Janam (a phrase used by Maharshi Viswamitra in Rigveda).
The kaalaadhan bill will be tabled in the Parliament (Lok Sabha) as part of the set of Finance Bills to cope with the kaalaadhan problem of money kept in tax havens instead of holding the wealth in Bharat's financial institutions.
It ain't easy to correct 60+ years of kaalaadhan accumulation. Firm institutional arrangements are put in place to restitute kaalaadhan. This is a solemn promise made to the people of Bharat and will be fulfilled. We will get there, given NaMo's resolve.
Steps will be put in place to nationalise kaalaadhan held in tax havens by directing the foreign financial institutions to restitute the illicit assets of Politically Exposed Persons into the nation's financial system. This will be consistent with the steps taken to restitute the wealth in cases such as those of Gadhafi or Mubarak or Marcos.
All Bharatiya are warned and given notice to hold their wealth in India's financial system instead of hoarding such wealth in tax havens. Looters have nowhere to hide their illicit wealth and people are assured that the looters will be brought to book by the full force of the Rule of Law of democratic Bharatam which is governed by the Rule of Law and the sacred book, the Samvidhaan of Bharat, Constitution of India.
Budget 2015 has announced a game-changer of MUDRA Bank to finance the initiatives of crores of private Bharatiya constituting Bharat Uninc. This will free the poor people of Bharatam from the clutches of usurious money-lenders.

By linking up with Aadhar identification system for Bharatiya Nagaraik, direct credit of subsidies into the tens of crores of Bank accounts of LPG gas cylinder users has been put in place.
The governmental machinery has been geared up

--all the 6.2 lakh villages of Bharatam will be assured of safe drinking water taps in all homes
--all the farms of Bharatam will be assured of 24X7 command area of irrigation to free the farmers to produce 3 or 4 crops per year and ensure Sujalaam, Suphalaam Bharatam.

These will be followed by a Smart National Water Grid to ensure adequate supply of water for drinking and farms for generations to come.
Bharat has entered the Global Polity thanks to the Swarajyam achieved in May 2014 and now many countries of the world will partner Bharatam in the Make in India mission.

Steps ahead
The expectations of Bharatiya are high in ensuring the restitution of kaalaadhan. The kaalaadhan bill is only a first step. This will be followed by measures where an annual report card on restituted kaalaadhan will be submitted in the next 4 Budgets of this Swarajyam Government.
Bharatam is a Federation of Janapadas. All the State Governments will march in step as partners in this Bharat Vikas Mission which will empower every Village Panchayat and ensure the protection of Dharma and Neeti which are the hallmarks of Bharatiya civilization.
Before the next elections are due, initiatives will be in place to ensure a home for every Bharatiya family through Smart Cities and other hous-building programmes.
One last word. Looters of Bharat, you've nowhere to go and hide. Restitute kaalaadhan.
